We specialise in delivering freshly made tiramisu in various sizes, perfect for indulging yourself or sharing with friends and family.

2. How can I place an order?
You can easily place your order through our website. Just select the choice of the tiramisu, choose between self-collection or delivery, and proceed to checkout!

3. Can I customize my tiramisu order?
At the moment, we offer our 6 tiramisu flavours, but stay tuned for exciting variations coming soon!

4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver right to your doorstep in Singapore. Simply select the delivery option during checkout and provide us with your address.

5. Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Absolutely! You can opt for self-collection during checkout and pick up your delicious tiramisu at our designated location.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, deliveries take between 1-2 days from the time the order is confirmed.

7. What if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before your scheduled collection or delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations after that are not refundable.

8. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This will include your order details, estimated delivery or collection time, and a receipt.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options (PayNow). All payments are processed securely through our website.

10. Do you offer any special promotions or discounts?
We occasionally run special promotions and discounts. Keep an eye on our social media pages for updates!

11. Is your tiramisu suitable for people with dietary restrictions?
Our tiramisu contains dairy, eggs, and gluten. If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please check with us before ordering.

12. What happens if there is an issue with my delivery or order?
If there is an issue with your order or delivery, please contact us immediately at letstoast.sg@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

13. Can I order for a large event or party?
Yes! We offer larger portions of tiramisu for parties or events. Just contact us in advance to place a bulk order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

14. Do you offer gift options?
We currently don’t offer gift wrapping, but you can always send a box of tiramisu as a sweet gift by placing an order and having it delivered directly to the recipient.

15. How long does it keep?
Our tiramisu keeps for up to 5 days in the chiller and up to 2 weeks in the freezer. However, we recommend enjoying it as soon as possible for maximum freshness. Please ensure to keep it out of direct heat and sunlight.
